Carolyn Ho
Educator. Researcher. Artist.
Carolyn grew up in Hong Kong and have spent over 11 years in Canada, Singapore, and Boston, as a performing artist and teacher. She is passionate about the roles the Arts play in our societies, and the impact they have in our lives. She is particularly interested in cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary artistic collaborations, and especially in the ways that artists can connect and work together given the collective transiency we face today. Carolyn holds an Ed.M. in Arts in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Bachelor’s of Music with a minor in Theatre from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor’s of Education from Queen’s University

EDCURATE is a space for artists and educators of the Arts to discuss and critically look at current issues in education and the Arts. It is is a platform for artists and Arts educators to share ideas on teaching the Arts. The founding pillar of Edcurate rests on the idea that we are, together with our learners, "custodians of the planet" (Yoyo Ma, 2020). How do we, as educators, curate environments and learning for our learners so that they are equipped to fulfil their responsibilities as citizens of the world we live in.
